STATEMENT GLASSES

Summer is on its way, and that means time for a new pair of sunglasses! From Asos' new sunglasses collection I can deduce that a pair of statement glasses is definitely a must-have this summer. The more striking the better! Normally I'm not such  a daredevil but for this trend I gladly want to make an exception. I made a collage of my favorite ones. (so actually of almost all of them) Which one(s) would you want to have in your possession?

KEEP CALM

Did you know these "keep calm" images yet? I ran into them while I was browsing on weheartit and thought they were really cool. It's a little bit the same as the bucket list pics but with advices instead of goals. Some of them are rather ironic, others are meant serious. I collected my favorites for you. Enjoy your sunday!

JEFFREY CAMPBELL

"Own a pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes" was on top of my bucket list, and not without a reason. I really want a pair of these beauties! They're bold and classy at the same time, I think that's why I like them so much. The light blue pair is my favorite. Or the brown pair. Or the black pair. Actually I like them all :) Would you wear them?

I noticed that my blog already has over 50 followers! I want to thank all of you guys so much for following and for your lovely comments, it means the world to me! I hope I can keep inspiring you with my posts. Thank you so much!

Looks like the nautical look is about to make a comeback! Coco Chanel introduced this look in 1920, and I heard that next spring it will be back on track! The classy blue-white-red combination will probably be seen a lot in the streetscape this spring. I made a collection of pictures in the nautical style to get you in the mood. Who says you have to own a yacht to dress nautical?

THE FANCY

For those who haven't heard of The Fancy yet, it's an amazing website full of inspiring pictures. Yes, only pictures! From perfect landscapes til haute couture pics, you can find it all on this website. I only discovered the site yesterday, but I already spent a lot of time browsing on it. I'm definitely going to post more of their pictures on my blog in the future, but today I'm going to focus on the fashion pics. I made a short selection. Did you already know this website?

NY FASHION WEEK | RETROSPECT

Last week, it was fashion week in New York. It was the first important fashion week of the year and it definitely didn't pass unnoticed. My wildest dream is to be invited there someday, but currently that doesn't seem very realistic. Although I followed it very closely and I was amazed what a beautiful collections were showed! I felt like I had to share a few pictures of them with you.

ZARA LOOKBOOK

The march lookbook from Zara is online since a few days. The new collection is very beautiful in my opinion! There's always something about their lookbook pictures that inspires me in a certain way. I think it's the simplicity of the photos that makes the clothes stand out more. I selected my favourite looks for today's update.

NEW IN

My Jack Daniels shirt arrived today! Unfortunately I couldn't find the time to take a picture of it, but I have another purchase I want to show you. A few days ago I received the bag I ordered on Romwe. The zipper of my old school bag was broken so I needed a new one. I've wanted this bag for so long and this was the perfect occasion to buy it. I really love the zippers! You can close or open them as far as you want to. But I think it's pity that the inside of the bag is white. (the picture on the site didn't show that) Do you like it?

LACE SHORTS

The good weather seems still far away here in Belgium, but although most of the stores are already selling their summer collections. It's quite awkward as it was still freezing last week, but on the other hand it's great to see stores full of summery clothes! Right now, lace shorts are a big trend, and of course I couldn't wait until summer to share them with you guys. I found these on www.weheartit.com! What do you think of it?
